The Lima Climate Change Conference , December 2014. concluded with 196 countries adoping an agreement called the " Lima Call to Climate Action" asking nations to reduce green house gases.It has paved the way for Paris agreement next year based upon princiles of equity and differentiated resonsibility.The agreement puts an end to the prolonged effort of advanced countries to make developing countries pay for mistakes committed by the former for industrial purposes.
