MBBS fees

In a letter issued on September 8 the Director General medical education and research asked the MBBS students admitted to MBBS course for 2020 -2021 and 2021-2022 sessions to submit the bond amount or fee as per policy.

As  per the policy , after completion of the MBBS course , the Haryana Govt. will pay the entire loan of 40 lakh and it's interest in 7 years , if the candidate take up the Haryana Govt. job.
The question is that number of pass out mbbs doctors is about mire than 800 per year, can the Govt . provide job to all these doctors every year?
In the same breath the Govt. says tha the Govt. does not guarantee jobs for every one. Also orders that those who don't join Haryana Govt. job will pay back this amount in 7 years along with its interest.
Very funny thing, I opt for Govt job and Govt does not give me job but ask me to return loan in seven years. Should not the Govt. should pay it back?
Meritorious students with a good merit opt for Govt Medical Colleges because most of them are from very poor and ordinary families. They will not be in a position to pay such huge fees. It is a step towards privatisation of Health system and health services in Haryana.
Jan Swasthya Abhiyan Haryana strongly oppose this anti medical education step and demand that Haryana Govt. should withdraw this order immediately.
